I sat down for a chat with Stephen Donajgrodzki last week. Stephen is the behavioural science director at the Kellogg Company, so I asked him all about the role of behavioural science in modern marketing.
And since he also used to work for the cabinet office, I squeezed in a question about the current UK government’s messaging strategy while I had the chance.
It’s an illuminating discussion, so hopefully you enjoy. I learnt a lot anyway which, although not the point of doing this, is a nice bonus.
